Requirements:
Certificate of Insurance

Certificates of Insurance must reflect a MINIMUM of $2,000,000.00 (two million dollars) General Liability Insurance.

Certificates of Insurance must indicate specific coverage of Rented / Leased equipment.

The Rented / Leased equipment policy MUST list Hugg and Hall Equipment as Loss Payee or Additional Insured.

Rented / Leased coverage must be a minimum of $100,000.00 (One hundred thousand dollars) and must cover the retail replacement cost of equipment rented / leased.

Hugg and Hall Equipment must be listed on certificate as Certificate Holder.

Customers who rent or lease trailers or trailer mounted pieces of equipment, must also show Automobile Liability Coverage with a minimum coverage of $100,000.00 (One hundred thousand dollars).
